Tuition and Fees
There is an application and registration fee. A $150.00 non refundable
registration fee is due concurrent with the return of your child’s enrollment
application. A $25.00 non refundable application fee is required with every new
application. Returning families are required to pay a $150.00 re-registration
fee.
Tuition is charged according to the enrollment contract signed.
St. Patrick Preschool 2008-2009
operational hours and rates are as follows:
Full time: M-F 6:30 am to 6:00 pm - $620.00/month
Part time: M-F 6:30 am to 12:30 pm - $462.00/month
Part time: M/T/W 6:30 am to 6:00 pm - $462.00/month
Part time: W/Th/F 6:30 am to 6:00 pm - $462.00/month
There are 10
tuition payments. The first payment is due in August and the last payment is due
in May. Methods to pay tuition are stated n the Preschool Tuition Contract.
Tuition will be due on the first of the month, any tuition received after the tenth is considered late and a $25.00 late fee
will be added to the next month’s tuition. No tuition refunds or credits will
be given for missed days or illness. Your child’s tuition reserves his/her
space, staffing and provisions whether your child is in attendance or not.
Any child dropped off after 8:30 am three times in the same month will be
charged a tardy fee of $15.00. Instruction begins at 8:30 am. Families that
arrive late interrupt the circle and show disrespect to the teacher and
children. One way we teach respect is through modeling it as adults.
Any child picked up after 6:00 pm or 12:30 pm (depending on child’s
contract) will be charged a late fee of $15.00 for the first ten minutes and a
dollar a minute there after. Please pay this fee as soon as possible or it will
be added to next month’s tuition. St. Patrick’s Preschool reserves the right
to drop a child from the program, at the discretion of the Director, if
tardiness becomes a problem.
Parents are responsible for giving 30 days written notice to terminate their
care contract. Parents delinquent in tuition payments will receive a warning at
30 days. At 60 days, their child will be dropped from the program at the
discretion of the Director. Any tuition or fee increases require thirty days
notice from the Director.
